Searching information on a Mamie Williams of Hamblen County Tennessee. Born cir 1895 or 97. Married a Charley Baily Frazier. I understand she was institutionalized around 1925-1929. I believe she gave birth to a baby girl in 1928 right after she was admitted. She could be my grandmother and the baby girl was my mother, which the Frazier grandparents raised. Charley divorced her after she was released and remarried a Kate Tipton. Any info would greatly be appreciated. April
