There is a Burrows Cove off Hwy 50 from Altamont,Tn.You leave Altamont on Hwy 50 and it goes down the Pelham Mountain.When you are at the bottom that is Burrows Cove.Or you can turn off I-24 just before you go up Monteagle Mt to Altamont.Just before you go up the mountain,this is Burrows Cove.Hope this helps someone.
