I am looking for information on my 4x great grandfather Isaac Phillips. He was born in Virginia in 1805 and was married to Elizabeth Smith of North Carolina. By 1830 they were living in Grainger County as their son William was born in Rutledge. Any information would be helpful. Thanks for the help. Emily R. Phillips
