Looking for a divorce record for Martha Emeline(Banks) Mitchell from Daniel Wiley Mitchell in Winchester,Franklin Co TN. Sometime from 1870 to 1873. Martha was still living with Daniel's mother Lucy Mitchell in Estill Springs in 1870 census. So it would have been after that date. Anyone knowing about this couple please contact me.
