I am searching for proof of death for Daniel Wiley Mitchell b. Franklin Co TN abt 1832. Son of Lucy Weaver and Ezachariah Mitchell. Married Martha Emilene Banks in 1856 in Franklin Co Tn. Daniel was sent to prison in 1867/8 for Arson. He was still in Nashville prison in 1874/6 serving a 15 year sentence. I need to find out when he was released and when he died. If anyone would search for a death record for him after 1874. I would appreciate it so much. Also need to find if there is a divorce record for him and Martha. She marries a Childers. I don't know his first name. I know their first child Eliza Childers was born in 1873. They moved from Franklin Co to Dekalb Co AL. Need help from TN.
