I have found more about one of the daughters, Susan Hudspeth, as well. Also, it appears that the middle initial of the son William Hudspeth is William L. not (S.). Susan Hudspeth's husband's people, the Oziers, were somehow connected to a John Simmons who was a well-to-do planter b. VA 1797 and wife Nancy b. VA 1815 who were living in Madison Co., Mississippi in 1850 and in Yazoo Co., MS in 1860-1880. I strongly suspect John Simmons is related to Polly Ann Simmons' people here in Franklin Co., TN who came from Bedford Co., VA. Susan Hudspeth Ozier's husband must have died before 1870 and I suspect she married again but have not found this information as yet.
