I am currently searching for info. on the orgin of my
g-grandparents, Oliver Hearod and Hettie Walker
Hearod. Only info. I have is that Oliver had 2 half
brothers, Homer and Tommy. A nephew named
Will or William. A Wm. Monroe Hearod is related but
not sure of just how.
I would appreciate any help.

Linda, Any word on the Walker/Hearod Reunion in Grand Rivers, Kentucky? Please contact me if you have any news. I would like to attend this year. I have discovered many pictures of the old Tenn. and Kentucky bunch of Hearods and don't even know who they are. Would like to bring them to Reunion and see if anyone can identify some of the older ones. Contact me if you have any info.

Shirley, I did have much in Tennessee, but I believe my grt-grt-grandparents came here from Kentucky, possible Ill. before that for my grt.grandfather.

Sorry, my grt-grandparents is correct, not grt-grt.
My grt-grt grandfather was Wm. Oliver Hearod, his son, my grt-grandfather was Oliver Hubert Hearod, thus my grandmother was Madie Lucille Hearod.
