I'm looking for information on the John & Sylvester they where in DeKalb Co. on the 1860 Census and I can't find them after that....wanting to know if John remarried or he died and where. any information would be great

Since you find John Weaver in the 1860 census married to Sylvester and having children, I would suggest that you search for Civil War military records for John Weaver. If he served during the Civil War he will have Service Records filed which will describe which company he was with and what battles he was involved with. If he was wounded during the Civil War he could have filed for a pension from the State of Tennessee due to his injuries. If he died during the Civil War then his widow could have filed for a widow's pension.
