Here is what I found on ancestry, but too many Dist's. and couldn't find the 6-dist.

John N Hulsey 6-DIST, DAVIDSON, Tennessee 54 1855 Tennessee White Male

I have John Robert Hulsey m to a Virginia / Jenny Unkn, son Leonard L. "Lee" Hulsey b. april 1934, d here in Ohio.

John was born in Nashville, TN, would appreciate anyone's help on this.
