The only thing left of the Old Creston Area is the Cemetery. All the families that lived in the Creston area, were close knit bunch. A good place to start is with the Bilbery Funeral Home, they are and old Cumberland name, and probally know of the extended families from there. My ties are the Smiths, Parsons, Tabors, Dixons, Cox & Morrows. The Crseston Cemetery land was donated by Alexander Morrow, CSA Soldier, killed 13TH Feb. 1865 as he left his home in Creston (war was defragmenting & he had spent a couple of days of R & R. He was 60 years old) Mel Grand; mgra103@aol.com
