Nieson or NUNN at Page 238C, 1880 Census

Classification: Query
Surnames: NUNN, Nieson, Clark, Watson
In the 1880 census, ancestry.com transcribes page 238C entry for the operator of the boarding house where Clara Watson and John Clark resided as Sarah F. Nieson, obviously a widow. These entries are in Maury City, District 10
The transcription on the Crockett County website by Natalie Huntley has it as "NUNN." Can anyone help fill in the reason for this change? I understand NUNN is correct. Is there a better copy of the page from the census?
I'm trying to locate this "boarding house," which I understand later became a "hotel" and was in the name of someone different. What are all the designators at the top of each page of the census; do they give clues to actual locations of the respondents?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
