Looking for information on two Confederate soldiers who were shown as enrolled in Cocke County on 3/02/1864. Both men were subsequently reassigned to the Department of the Henrico in Virginia. The two are identified as William and Anderson (possibly Andrew) Ottinger. No other information is available e.g. ages or family information. Hoping someone might recognize a relative.
