I am looking for a obit or death record of a Garland Delmar Gage. He lived in Richville, Clay Co., Tennessee in the 1990's. I cannot find him in the SSA index. I did find phone listing for him up to 1996 but someone thought that he might have died in 1992. Is there anyway of finding a death date for him?
