My grandmother, Nancy Pearl Wilson, was from Fincastle, TN (15 Feb 1900 - 5 Jul 1993). Her parents were Isaac Leander Wilson (19 Jun 1865 - 15 Jun 1938) and Martha Sargent. Isaac's parents were George and Mary Patrick Wilson. George's father was John Wilson. "Pearl" mar Walter Ellis 20 Jun 1919 in Chenoa, Bell, KY. Pearl's sibs were Thornton, Alec and Rushia (sp?). Alec's family remained in TN, while the others lived and died in Bell, KY. Any connection?

I've got info on a Thomas Wilson who married Jane HARP - they had 10 children. Thomas also married a Sarah ROGERS.
One of Jane and Thomas' sons was Thomas J. WILSON b. 27 May 1856. I don't have a wife listed for him.

Vickie, This is not our Thomas Wilson. To the best of my knowledge our Thomas Wilson was born in 1844 and died Nov. 22, 1911. In my email to you I identified Eddie as your first cousin but he was your second cousin. Which makes us second cousins once removed. I have found that our Thomas Wilson was possibly Thomas W. (maybe William) Wilson. His son John Matt named a child Thomas William Junior. and as naming traditions went back then he was named for his grandfather. Thomas W. Wilson Jr. died in North Africa in the War. Hope this helps. I too am still searching for the parentage of our Thomas Wilson
