Would anyone happen to know who were the parents of William V. Cumming, of the Third Tennessee Cavalry. He is buried at Eusebia Cemetery, and was born Dec. 22, 1839. He died in Sevier County. There was a Cumming's family in Sevier County, but I have not been able to confirm ordeny William's parentage. Can anyone help?
