I'm trying to find out who my grandfather's father was. His name was John Sam Willie. He was born to Larcenia Mary Dodd in 1889. Larcenia's parents were Samuel Finch Dodd and Sariah Jane Jordan of Carroll County. Larcenia married Mathew (or Melvin) Rust in about 1900. Can anyone find a marriage to a last name Willie prior to that time?
