I am trying to get more specific information on my stepfather's birth. He once told me what city he was born in but it didn't line up with his birth certificate. Jerry was born in 1944 in Yankton County to Earl Duncan and Cleopha Ten Bush. I believe both of Jerry's parents have passed on so I cannot ask them. Are there any records I can access from Oregon that will pin down the city of Jerry's birth?
