I am not related but enjoy looking. I found much information about this family in South Dakota. Jeanne's father is actually Andrew Wesley Vail and mother is Susanna Lehnert. They are in all the census records from 1900 in Walworth but I think the most useful thing I found is a tree posted on Rootsweb that lists Jeanne and all the siblings and spouses. The link is:
