The family is Miller (Alex or Alexander) Miller and Paul. The Miller family was in DeVoe Township. The Paul family was in Myron Township.
Interesting that you've got info on a newspaper from DeVoe. The South Dakota State Archives does not list "Alpha" as a newspaper!
