I have been told a fantastic story that my great-great grandmother left her husband & children to go work in a brothel, aka "House of Fame". They were living near Wolsey, SD at the time. I have not been able to find her in any census but I am sure that she changed her name.

Does any one have any idea on how I can locate this information?
