I'm doing this for my friend, he's looking into his family.

He doesn't have much.

His family line goes as follows

Father: Milton Mitchell Frye (1929)
Grandfather: Julian Lester Frye (1903-1986)
Great-Grandfather: B. Edward Frye (1875-1965)

He's told by his father that B. Edward and his two brothers settled in different parts of central South Carolina. One brother, Maxie L. Frye, settled in Lexington, another brother, known as "Little Erving" settle in the Newberry area, and his grandfather, Edward Frye, settled around the Saluda area. Each one had a different trade skill (Carpenter and the like). His father was listed on the 1930 census as living in Germanville, Saluda, SC. No one in the family knows anything past Edward and his brothers. If any one can help it would be greatly appreciated.
