I am looking for any information on any descendants or siblings of Robert Brooks (Mother and Father were Allen Brooks and Frances) from Lower Richland, Kingsville, Hopkins or Gadsden, SC area. Robert was born around 1846 and died in 1916, he was married to Eliza or Elizabeth Moore (daughter of Steven Moore and Minty Adams). He has 12 children, 8 boys (Hillard 1864, Smart 1868, Allen 1870, Butler 1875, John Kemp 1879, Melton 1879, William 1885, and Lee 1888-1984 - my 2nd great grandfather, and 4 daughters (Rachel 1872, Tisby 1873, Lizhy 1874, Frances 1876). Lee Brooks married Melisa (may be spelled many diffrent ways - Melisa, Melissa, Melisa, Malissa, Malisa) Brown in 1918. They lived on Congaree Rd in Gadsden, SC.
