Unfortunately, no. Nancy Chapman who married John Patterson, Jr. was born about 1770. She widowed by 1810 when she first appeared as head of household on the census.
Based on deeds, probate records, records in Hall County and Gilmer County, GA and the 1850 census we know Nancy and her children settled in Georgia between 1820 and 1830. The family sold the lot they drew in Hall County, GA, in the Georgia Land Lottery to Nancy's father, Joseph Chapman. John and Nancy Chapman Patterson's sons were named Joseph, John, Jeremiah, William, Samuel, Enoch, and Hiram. Her daughters were Elizabeth, wife of James Cantrell, and Hannah.
