I am researching my Shedd/Shed family. If anyone is familiar with Merit buried at the First Baptist Church of Westminster with his wife Vassie I would love to hear from you.

I beleive that Merit is the son of Hiram Thompson Shedd and Harriett Elizabeth Thrift Shedd. If this is true his brothers and sisters would have been: Ella, Ida, Della, Clarence, Henry, Hubert and Gilbert D. or Dudley Gilbert "Dud".
