John Chestnut m Sarah Cantey, dec 1815-1818, not 1813

Surnames: Chestnut, Cantey, Hood, McRae, Deas, Taylor,
I have discovered a date error regarding the above John Chestnut.
Some Ancestry Family trees indicate that John Chestnut of Kershaw or Chester Co died on April 1, 1813. This date of death appears to be a misread and should be between the years of 1815 and 1818 [perhaps Apr 1, 1818]. His Will is recorded in Kershaw County Wills Book No A1 pp 477-490, and was written on June 27, 1815 [quote], "...In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Camden this 27th day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifteen and in the thirty ninth year of the American independence...John Chestnut L.S." Witnesses are John Cantey, James W. Cantey, and Andrew Hood.

On April 20, 1818, the following 4 men signed and swore to the correctness of the Will as filed in open court: James Chestnut, Duncan McRae, James S. Deas, and John Taylor. These men are his son and sons-in-law and are all named as Executors along with grandson John Chestnut. The grandson John Chestnut is able to serve as executor once he reaches the age of 21.

The Will and Inventory are 14 pages in the Will book.

This is not my direct line, but I assume the poster would want to correct the error in the death year since it can't possibly be 1813, as is currently posted.
