I have a Nancy Caroline FARMER, born 16 Jun 1852 the daughter of Joshua Dotson and Sarah CENTER FARMER. I believe Joshua to be the son of a Benjamin Farmer that he was living next door to in the 1850 Greenville census. Sarah is the daughter of George W. and Elender CENTER. George is the son of Jesse and Dicy CENTER. George donated the land for the Glassy Mountain Baptist Church, where he and his father Jesse were ministers. Any information on these families would be greatly appreciated.
