Gardner Green was living on
Rocky Creek which was later located in
Greenville county. With county boarders continually changing, a little more research will be needed to find out how close your John and my
Gardner were to each other. Gardner's father is a John Green, so I'm wondering your John might be Gardner's brother. I'm including a land plat for
Isom Franklin also, because this is
Gardner Green's neighbor. We believe our Green family was also in
Rowan,
Tryon,
Rutherford NC areas. Hope this helps.
