I, THOMAS
PETERSON, being well strickein years yet in perfect mind and memory. I will unto my well beloved son WILLIAM
PETERSON 65 acres of land joining JOHN RENSON and
STARKS land and the balance of my land I will to my sons THOMAS and JAMES
PETERSON to be divide as they see proper...I also will unto my grandson MILTON
PERKINS one gray horse colt and one three year old heifer with calf....I also will unto ELIZABETH
PERKINS one wheel and cards...I also give unto CASSANDRA
PERKINS a wheel, cards, loom and Reel...All the rest of my property as stock, household and kitchen furniture to be sold and equally divided among my children...Also one negro named Lucy to be sold and the money divided among my children. Also I wish that
SUTTON PERKINS to have a half of the corn and cotton that he and Lucy can raise on the land..The balance to be sold and equally divided among my children...I appoint my sons DAVID and JAMES
