Need info re the parents of Philip Thomas Kelly and his brother, Robert Kelly, b abt 1856 in St Bartholomew Parish. The 1860 census lists their mother as Sarah Kelly, age 34, living in "Walterborough, St. Bartholomew Parish, Colleton County." I have been unable to find any additional information about their father, marriage date, if any, etc. Any help will be appreciated.
