In the 1860 census I have found what I believe to be my ggg grandfather J. G. Johnston (Jessie Gilbert Johnston). When I go to the years after 1860 all traces of the family disappear. Does anyone have any information on this individual and his decendants? I found that he and his wife Sarah are buried at Sandy Dam Methodist Church. Any further info would be greatly appreciated.
