Thomas and Mary Williams
Hello, I'm looking for anyone that may have come across any family history on Thomas and Mary Williams. They were my grandparents. They are Black but my grandfather's family was said to be creole of mixed ancestry, Black and White and maybe some Native. My grandmother's family were mixed also of Black and Native heritage. I have found them with my mother and her siblings in the 1930 census that I will copy here. Both Thomas and Mary were originally from Beaufort, South Carolina but moved to Savannah, Ga. I'm not sure if they married in Beaufort first or after they moved to Savannah, but all of their children were born in Savannah. Here is a copy of the 1930 census from Savannah, Ga. I posted this info on the Savannah, Ga. message board also. I've been on a on and off search for years and never get much results. I hope someone will see this who has some connection. Thank you.
