Van DAVIS had six sons, six dtrs. Hezekiah b 1760 in Orange Co NC, d in Jackson IL, Nathan will in Union SC, Van JR md Clarissa Tate, d 1823 in Franklin GA, Abijah md Elizabeth d 1796, Martha md John DAVIS, Rachel md John Gary, Amariah Felton, Hannah md Joseph Sanford Hall, Jesse md Zilpha Harris, Eliphas m. Martha, Sarah Neel and Susannah Wilson, Jane md Thomas Burroughts/Buriss, Rhoda m. Richard Hall, Milea md. Wm. David Tate.
Does anyone have bible records, land records, wills, for any of these people? Trying to find who were the parents of Van DAVIS. Were they Rezin DAVIS and Jane? Did he have sibling Harman, Reason and William?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Grant date 20 Aug 1767 for 200 acres in Berkeley Dist on br of Indian Creek called DAVIS Creek, in the forks of Broad and Saluda R. He re. 17 May 1774, 150 ac in Craven Co on the br of Enoree R and on 2 Sep 1784, warrant fr John Thomas, Esq. for 171 ac in 96th Dist Pendleton (now Anderson or Pickens SC) N side of the Saluda river below ancient boundary line on Beaver Dam Creek, adj. Isiah Pemberton, Providence Williams, Thomas Carter and William Miles. On 12 Sep, 1785 he re 410 ac in Orange burgh Dist on Buckheard br of Big Salkelchers adj Henry Wood.
!MILITARY: Vann served in the Rev War, but appears only on an undated list of Officers and enlisted men of Regiments of various states and the Continental Arm Regiments under the head of Armonds.

!CENSUS: A Van DAVIS was found in 1790 SC 96th Dist Newberry Co Census as having 4 males, 16"1 male under 16 and 6 females.
!Land: Ezekial DAVIS a blacksmith & his wife sold on 5-08-1800 to Van David Sr land on Big Generostee granted in 1788 to John Gabriel with Jesse & Van DAVIS Jr as witnesses.
