Anybody, know about a Joshua and James Wideman who owned slaves in Abbeville Census in 1860. The List gives name of slaveholders who were living in Abbeville who owned slaves that were 100 yrs of age. They listed a slave by the name of Charlotte born abt 1760 in Africa. I'm trying to link these two slaves to a ggg grandmother by the name of Fannie Wideman abt 1852 in Abbeville, I'm trying connect with any raltives or descendents of African America Wideman's from the Abbeville McCormick area. I believe she was a close relative cousin, niece, nephew of Charlotte and since she was from the same Abbeville and had the same last name.

Also, any information on the Wideman family Plantation in Abbeville would be useful.
