Charles Kerner was born 1841 in Strassburg, Alsace-Lorraine, France. His brother was born 1849 in Providence, RI. Charles was naturalized in 1848 according to a census. I don't know their parents names. Is there any chance of finding his naturalization papers? Can anyone tell me how to find them? Thank you for any help. Diane
