Among my uncle’s papers after he died was a copy of the graduation information of students who graduated from St. Thomas Seminary, Bloomfield, Connecticut in 1936 along with a halftone photograph which I have copied and attach to this post.

“Where I am, there everyone is.”
Where there is noise and plenty of excitement, there you will find Bob. One of those enviable people whom care, trouble, and petty hates and jealousies can’t touch, Bob bounces happily through life. His greatest achievements are two: he is everybody’s friend and typist supreme. How our jaw dropped when we saw the efficient fingers of the Westerly madcap fly over those keys. Bob’s happy, carefree disposition will always give him hosts of friends.
