If anyone is local to Middletown, I would deeply appreciate a look-up at the Town Clerk's office, in the probate and deed indexes for Villet Vilet Vilett c 1755-1795. My Stephen Vilet/Vilett/Villet. and perhaps his son John, lived in Middletown beginning in 1755
