I am looking for the parents of William
Briggs, and I wonder if
Gardner(or
Gardiner) is his father. My William was born 1790. William married
Eunice Vaughan in Feb 1812. Their children were
Johnson 1814,
Angeline 1816,
Abel 1823, John 1827, Jesse 1828. William died Jan 15, 1860 and he is buried in the Independence Cemetery, Independence, Allegany, NY.
Gardner was born 3/26/1741 in E. Greenwich, and lived in
Sterling. Gardner married
Waite Vaughn (or
Vaughan).
