I am looking for information on my great-grandfather, Owen J. Duffy. He was born in Natick about 1864 and married Ellen Carroll in 1892. They had a son, my grandfather James F. Duffy, on Oct. 21, 1893. There the trail goes cold. Apparently Ellen died soon afterwards, but I can't find any records. My gradfather ran away from home at age 11 to escape abuse. Owen apparently was the town drunk. He died around 1939 and my grandfather paid $157 to the James Gough funeral home in West Warwick, but I cannot find the exact date of death or where he is buried.
