Searching for information about my father,
Wilbert "Dick" Ralph Javens. I know that he
was stationed at the Presidio,CA., in the 40's.
He was from Beaver Falls County, PA. He had a
brother,Melvin,who lived in Oroville,CA.Any
information would be appreciated.
