In search of Michael E. Hileman's un-named uncles who lived in "Litte York" York Co. in 1776, I have found Philip, Michael & Lawrence Hileman on a Revolutionary War roster for York, York Co.

Old family diaries (see link below) have it that Michael E. Hileman's father (may have been named Christian) was killed in the Revolutionary war and that he was raised by his uncles in Little York, York Co., PA.. Sometime after the war he and his "Uncles" moved to Frankstown & Scotch Valley in Huntingdon/Blair counties where his uncles received land from the government (presumably from their Rev. War service.)

Does any have any information on these or other Hileman's that lived in the area c 1776?
