I am researching my 3rd great grandparents Eddy Winslow and Betsy Wilson. They were married in Braintrim in 1806 and moved to Asylum about 1811-1820.

I'm trying to learn more about the history of these two towns. When I search the internet for Braintrim, the town of Laceyville comes up in some of the results. So I am wondering if Braintrim and Laceyville are the same.

This information could help me understand better, especially since I don't live near the area. Thank you for any help.
