I'am looking for information on a William Carey born abt 1080 in the wyoming valley area. I know very little about him other then he is a decendent of the careys who fell in the Wyoming massacre. He moved to Springfield, Bradford county, Pa. between 1835-1840. and that is where he died. I don't know who his 1st wife was but he had the following children with her: Dighton, Jason P., Joseph, Mahala F., Harriet and Sephrona. his 2nd wife was Matilda Parmenter, william and matilda had a daughter Sarah and a son William H.
my gggrandfather is joseph carey who married Lovina Trask in Lycoming County, Pa.they settled in tioga county, Pa.

I believe Mahala Carey married H. Olds William I find them in 1880 Sullivan county, fox twp census. but can't find anything about them after that.
