This may be a little off the mark but I thought I would drop a line about it: My 3rd great uncle, Daniel Mickey Kennedy, was married to Margaret Ann Reed in 1871 in Burrell Twp, Westmoreland Co at the United Prebyterian church by Reverend EN McElroy. There were many McElroys, Kennedys, and Shearers living in the area around this time at what was then called Chartiers Station (now Edgecliff) along the Allegheny.
