Robert W. WESTBROOK, Sr, 73, of Evans Road, Charleroi, (Fallowfield Township), died Friday, April 25, 1997 at Mon Valley Hospital.

Born April 25, 1924 in Utica, Ohio, he was a son of the late Alfred 'Jack" and Cora MATHENY WESTBROOK.

Mr. WESTBROOK owned Westbrook Well Drilling for 50 years as a well driller. He served in the U. S. Army during World War II in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater.

A 1942 graduate of Bentleyville High School, he was also a member of the Lithuanian Club of Bentleyville.

Survivors include his wife, Lorna GHENNE WESTBROOK; two sons, Robert W. WESTBROOK, JR and Raymond WESTBROOK of Fallowfield township; two daughters, Mrs. Joel (Susan) PIERCE of Richeyville and Mary Lou ANTONUCCI of Charleroi; one sister, Carol MYERS of Lorrin, Ohio; seven grandchilren and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister in infancy.

Friends will be received today from 7 to 9 pm and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm in the Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville.

Friends will be received Saturday from 7 to 9 pm and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Sunday in the Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyvillem where services will be held Monday at 1 pm with the Rev. Robert MOFFAT of the Bentleyville United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Beallsville Cemetery. The Greenlee Funeral Home is charge of arrangements.
