William H. Scriven, 74 of Franklin, died today in Franklin Hospital. He was born Jan 22, 1908, s/o William and Lydia Welch Scriven. He was married to Gloria G. Ritchey in 1948. She died November 5, 1977. William is survived by two sisters: Hattie Krepp of Cooperstown and Zena Shorts of Tennessee. He was preceded in death by wife, one sister and two brothers, Tom and Earl Scriven and several half-brothers. Interment is in Sunset Hills Memorial Garden. (Cranberry Twp.)
