If you are familiar with Milton-cross the river at Mahoning towards West Milton. Turn right on what us locals (I am actually from Watsontown) still call old Rt 15 and follow to Cemetery St in New Columbia. Turn left and go under Rt 15, then take the first left and go up the hill on Pleasant View Rd. You will see the cemetery.

You can also travel on rt 15 and get off the exit for the Bonanza Steak House-there is a Holiday Inn there also-Pleasant View Road is right there.

Did you note the Hansons that are buried in the Harmony cemetery? Lewis and Mary and their sons Charles and John? There are also John, Emma and Nellie buried at the one on Golf Course Rd-but I think they are also tied into Lewis. Hope this helps a little.
