I don't think you will find any formal list of miners who lived in Jacksons Village (Patch). If you subscribe to Ancestry.com US Census image listings you could go to the Jacksons 1930 census images (or any other year for that matter) and look for the Mitchells and then the listed occupation of the men in the family.

You may want to go to the US Genweb US Census project:

and look at the index for 19?? or 18?? Pennsyvania, Schuylkill Co., Mahanoy Twp., etc. and do a visual look-up in the census transcriptions.

Look at the home page and click on the 14 Day Free Trial. Click on the US Census selection and you can search the actual census images.
