Can SKS check 1900 Pa for Sarah HIPPLE (widow) living at 629 N. 40th St, Philly (according to Gopsill's 1900 Philly city directory).

I have access ro 1900 census...but not index.

If not in index would someone know which ED 629 N. 40th St. might be in in 1900 ?
