The 1930 and 1940 Census records for Lionel and Merle say they were born in Michigan. How come they married in Philadelphia I don't know. In 1930 they are in Philadelphia. Their marriage licence number is 577299. I am hoping to learn his parent's names from the marriage licence. Her Glanville line goes back to an immigrant from Cornwall, England in the 1830s
