212 North Franklin Street, West side of Franklin Square above Race Street, below Vine Street. In 1910 ran by the Sisters of St Joseph, founded 1849,

The Arch Diocese of Philadelphia would be best to field your questions.

I don't believe it was located at that address prior to 1860 as the map shows a burial ground associated with a ME church. I found another earlier location at Moyamensing Avenue below Christian Street. That being said, the home resides in the 10th Ward for 1860,70 & 80 censuses. For 1880, the ED is 167 (page 7) no Quinn or Murphy.

That area of Philly pretty much gutted. Needless to say it no longer exists, at least at that location.
